The state cannabis programs are so weird.
Every one of them, all 47 states that have them, are run by federal racketeering organizations.
Patients are registered, and identify themselves as federal criminals, which is nothing short of entrapment.
It’s about to get even crazier when the federal government reschedules cannabis and removes the federal tax penalty under IRS Code Section 280E.
Organized crime is about to receive windfall profits for their investment in crime.
Crime pays, and it pays well.
