I share yours doubts on the legal cannabis industry. One pioneer black market grower called ‘the Green Rush’ the worst exhibition of human greed he has ever seen. However, worse than the greed to him, was the appropriation of his culture by outsiders who risked nothing and were never part of the black market. With the same sadness that an anthropologist witnesses the death of an indigenous culture, he wrote, “They do not even know the pot culture and are only focused on growing weed with a high level of THC as if that is the only thing that matters. All the big money is coming in to take the cream after we did all the heavy lifting.” Support your local grower!

Well, take the two manufactures here. If they said anything about federal drug law, the state would have chosen someone else to manufacture the federally unlawful substance. What we need is a state action for an exemption using 21 U.S.C. 822(d) and 21 C.F.R. 1307.03. The state department of health in my state has agreed to do this, but they are having a difficult time understanding the legal issues.
