HHS can initiate rescheduling by a formal request to the DEA. "Any interested party" can initiate a scheduling request. Anne Milgram did sound clueless, but there was no reason she would know other than gossip. I wonder if Rep. Gaetz knew she would fumble and simply wanted to score points for the team. Gaetz should have been asking that question to Secretary Beccera. I think that was political theatre.
